Who We Are

TokScheduler Reviews exists for one specific reason: TikTok creators and social media managers need honest, niche-specific guidance on scheduling tools — not generic social media software roundups that lump TikTok in as a footnote alongside Facebook and LinkedIn.

We are a small editorial team that spends our time testing scheduling tools specifically for TikTok workflows. We care about the questions that matter to creators: Does the free plan actually support daily posting? Can you schedule vertical video without re-encoding it? Does the tool post on time or force you to approve a push notification at 7am?

We are not a software vendor. We are not affiliated with TikTok. We write about these tools because we use them, and we want other creators to have the information we wish we'd had when we started.

Our Testing Methodology

Every tool on this site has been tested hands-on by our team for a minimum of four weeks. We connect each scheduler to a live TikTok account, schedule real content across different post types (videos, carousels, text posts where applicable), and track the results.

Our editorial ratings reflect this weighted scoring. They are distinct from Trustpilot scores (which cover the full product experience across all platforms and customer interactions) and from G2 or Capterra scores (which reflect general social media management use). We focus narrowly on TikTok scheduling performance — which is why our scores sometimes differ from broader review aggregators.

Our Editorial Standards

We try to write reviews that a skeptical creator would find useful. That means:

• We include limitations. Every review on this site has a cons section and a "not ideal for" framing. If a tool does not suit solo creators, we say so.
• We acknowledge when competitors win. On our comparison pages, we score categories individually. If Buffer beats Adobe Express on ease of use, or if Later has better hashtag tools, we say that too — our credibility depends on it.
• We do not fabricate data. All statistics, pricing, and feature claims are based on our own testing or sourced from the tool's official documentation and third-party review platforms. We note when information may change and recommend verifying pricing directly with the vendor.
• We update our reviews. TikTok scheduling tools change frequently. We revisit ratings when a tool ships a significant update or when new information from our testing changes our assessment.
